Nope! Delivery & pickup are included when you book with us.

Three hours is our standard rental time frame, but we are happy to extend that time frame upon request for free, within reason. We only rent out each bounce house once per day. We will never rush your event so that we can come get the bounce house and take it to another event. If pickup is after 6:00pm, there is an add-on fee. We don’t offer overnight rentals at this time.

Choose which bounce house you want for your event.
Click on “Request Booking” on our website home page and fill out the Booking Request Form.
We’ll reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm if the desired bounce house is available for your event. If so, we’ll email you an invoice & rental agreement to finalize your booking!
Half of your rental cost is due at booking as a non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your bounce house & date. The second half is due three days before your event date, conveniently paid through autopay.

This isn’t your traditional bounce house experience - it’s a luxury bounce house experience. With that comes extreme cleanliness. We fully sanitize our bounce houses in between every event. We also include our Sanitation Station with every booking! This includes a small table with disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, and baby wipes. We’ll set it up by the bounce house for you so that you and your guests can have fun while ensuring a hygienic environment.

YES! The bounce houses are a perfect blank canvas to showcase any theme or aesthetic for your event. A decorated bounce house is the ultimate photo backdrop for your guests. We strongly recommend booking our balloon garland service as an add-on to your bounce house rental, versus doing your own balloons. We use professional grade balloons & professional installation methods that don’t risk damaging or staining the bounce house. It will also save you a ton of time & stress on the day of your event! We don’t allow DIY balloon kits & installation unless it’s been approved by us as professional grade. If you don’t want to decorate your bounce house, our luxury bounce houses are show-stopping stunners on their own!

We offer 10% off the total cost of booking when two or more bounce houses are booked for the same event. The only thing more fun, exciting & impressive than one bounce house at an event… is more than one bounce house at an event.
We also offer 10% off for returning clients!

Thanks to our gorgeous climate here in Georgia & South Carolina, the entire year offers lovely weather for bouncing! The only scenarios we would be unable to set up in is rain, lightning, or winds reaching 15mph. Safety is our number one priority, so we take weather very seriously. We are committed to making your event work if at all possible, so we will monitor the forecast up until the time of the event. If we deem the weather unsafe, the booking will be canceled with a full refund. Thankfully, all of our bounce houses are able to be set up indoors. The Little ones fit great in most homes, and the Big ones look amazing set up in larger venues. We strongly recommend always having an indoor location on backup in case of weather.

Yes, 50% of each booking will be used as a non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your event date. Details are in our Rental Agreement!
If we deem the weather unsafe, a full refund will be issued.
